I will be debating Jeff Daugherty on the following resolution: “The message of Jesus Christ was changed by the Apostle Paul (who was not a true apostle) in order to create a structure to control the general populace of the Roman Empire, setting the stage for the New World Order.” Daugherty is arguing the affirmative and I am arguing the negative. I reviewed his book here.
The debate is now posted for listening here: http://extraordinaryintelligence.com/beyond-extraordinary-ep-23-debate-apostle-paul-antichrist/
Interesting.
I’m looking forward to hearing how he is going to defend his position with time travel.
Hopefully by the end of this debate his heart will be open to the truth about Christ, Paul, and the work of the holy spirit.
You have recently published a book about the “Anti Christ” being one who denounces the teachings of Jesus, but do you know about the “Ante’ Christ” spoken of by the man MIchelle de’ Nostradamus” within his Quatrians? This man is also spoken of in Revelations 19:11 as coming now, speaking to the nations with a “Sharp sword which comes out of his mouth.” He is known as the “Word of God” because he speaks with authority and makes war with the devils. He will be issuing in the next 1000 years of peace upon this planet in 2016, with a landslide victory in the USA Presidential elections w/ the independent party “NationofChange.org” naming the man Jessie Ventura as his VP-candidate. Mark my words now!
Very interesting sarcasm, David.
Chris,
I suspect you have identified the main premise(s) of Skiba’s theory.
I find it unremarkable others are swayed by a charismatic individual. Regardless, debating any claim of time travel or historical conspiracy is easily refuted logically.
Hopefully, you will be afforded enough time to develop the spiritual affirmation and superseding nature of the new covenant in response to any assertion, obedience to the Mosaic covenant is relevant to Christian theology.
Best Regards.
Chris,
It occurred to me after posting my initial response – Skiba is (1) truly unaware or deceived, (2) simply selling fiction disguised as theology or (3) fully cognizant and participating in apostasy regardless of the consequences to himself or others.
While useful and comforting to me – I submit the following passages without context for your consideration:
Isa_41:29 Behold, they are all vanity; their works are nothing: their molten images are wind and confusion.
1Co_14:33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
Best Regards and yes, try and have some fun…humor wins over the made up mind.
I wonder if Daugherty has taken a trip into the future with his time machine to see the debate beforehand, and then beef up his answers. Of course, given that his accuracy about future events is only 76% at best, well…
Michael Sean’s right. This will be interesting.
Cris is the man, and I have no doubt that he will be putting Daughtery in his place. Oh no, it’s Kaas promoting his fraudulent cure for cancer again. Everywhere he posts he puts up his youtube links crap. He also endorses the Ventura shill. Get a real job and stop deceiving innocent people out of their hard earned money! Not nice.
Daughtery’s cadence makes me want to jab a sharp object through both ear drums…
or buy some oxi clean.
Be back after I hear Chris shred him…
