Exo-Vaticana: Astrobiology and Exo-Planets

The astrobiological faith is greatly encouraged by recent discoveries of exoplanets. Prior to 1995, there was no evidence for any planets outside of our own solar system. That has changed dramatically, as scientists now estimate billions of planets exist although only 865 such planets have been identified as of this writing. Although the progress is remarkable, out of those, only nine (a mere 1 percent) are classified as potentially “habitable.” Accordingly, the search for planets around other stars is a key component in the search for extraterrestrial life. It is an exciting time in this endeavor. The NASA-owned Jet Propulsion Laboratory hosts a website called “Planet Quest: The Search for Another Earth” (see http://planetquest.jpl.nasa.gov/). In fact, you can even join in on the search at www.planethunters.org by helping sift through the data from the Kepler space probe. To say they are enthused would be an understatement. There are several motivating factors. First, the existence of many extrasolar planets is used to imply that the Earth is not special. Second, it is assumed that planets positioned similarly to Earth in relation to their star are indeed like Earth. Third, astrobiologists argue that because the universe contains millions of planets, there is a high probability that life has evolved on some of them. The bottom line is that atheistic naturalists believe the existence of extraterrestrial life is a confirmation of their worldview, and this makes the Vatican’s involvement all the more peculiar.

An Alliance of Deceit… Really Barry?

At the end of my interview on Barry Chamish’s radio show, it seems Barry had planned to “ambush the Christian” but was woefully uniformed concerning the facts involved, so it backfired on him. Listen for yourself, he informed me that the Rabbi Kaduri’s spokesman said,”Rabbi Kaduri was furious at the Christians” (time mark 49:48-51). However, I quickly pointed out that Kaduri could not have been furious at the Christians because it was in a note that was not read and made public until a year after his death. Oooops! So did Kaduri’s adviser use a Ouija board Barry?

Now Barry has published this:

An Alliance of Deceit- Christian Zionists and Religious Israelis

Barry Chamish for Salem-News.com

The Christians try to convert Jews, and the Jews do not reciprocate in kind. But religious Jews, pro-settlers and settlers, are so desperate for allies in a world that has abandoned them, that they play the game.

Now Barry credits Tom horn and myself for starting the “rumor” because I mentioned it in passing in our book Petrus Romanus published in 2012 – a full five to six years after the fact. This incident is even discussed on Kaduri’s wikipedia page, so it is old news. It seems that a modest Google search would have kept him from this ill conceived leap in logic.

All in all, I am pleased that Barry quoted my argument that Messiah needed to arrive before the destruction of the temple in AD 70 according to Daniel 9. An argument that goes unanswered by Barry and all Jews who have yet to recognize their Messiah.

Pope Francis Proves Pseudoprophetai Status

The Huffington Post has published an astounding article explaining Pope Francis’ radically antibiblical teaching of works based universalism. Given the Vatican’s position that ex cathedra statements are infallible, it seems appropriate to ask if the new-age pope’s predecessors were all in error concerning atheism. For example, Pope Leo XIII’s encyclical Humanum Genus portrays masonic deists, widely known for good works and community service, as agents of Satan. According to Pope Francis, this must have been mistaken. If so, does Catholicism now take back its claim to an infallible magestrium?

Perhaps something more sinister is afoot? Peter, the apostle Rome falsely claims as its own, wrote in the first century, “But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you, who will secretly bring in destructive heresies, even denying the Master who bought them, bringing upon themselves swift destruction.”(2 Pe 2:1)

Pope Francis Says Atheists Who Do Good Are

Redeemed, Not Just Catholics

VATICAN-POPE-AUDIENCE

Pope Francis rocked some religious and atheist minds today when he declared that everyone was redeemed through Jesus, including atheists.

During his homily at Wednesday Mass in Rome, Francis emphasized the importance of “doing good” as a principle that unites all humanity, and a “culture of encounter” to support peace.

Using scripture from the Gospel of Mark, Francis explained how upset Jesus’ disciples were that someone outside their group was doing good, according to a report from Vatican Radio.

“They complain,” the Pope said in his homily, because they say, “If he is not one of us, he cannot do good. If he is not of our party, he cannot do good.” And Jesus corrects them: “Do not hinder him, he says, let him do good.” The disciples, Pope Francis explains, “were a little intolerant,” closed off by the idea of possessing the truth, convinced that “those who do not have the truth, cannot do good.” “This was wrong . . . Jesus broadens the horizon.” Pope Francis said, “The root of this possibility of doing good – that we all have – is in creation.” Source: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2013/05/22/pope-francis-good-atheists_n_3320757.html

This is exactly what the itching ears of the pluralistic world system want to hear. The idea that good works can justify a person apart from faith in Christ is completely antithetical to the New Testament. The Gospels also record Jesus saying “Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few.” (Mt 7:13–14)  The Apostle Paul wrote, “yet we know that a person is not justified by works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law, because by works of the law no one will be justified.”(Ga 2:16) Pope Francis’s message is in direct contradiction of, “For we hold that one is justified by faith apart from works of the law.” (Ro 3:28)  While it is now beyond question that Pope Francis is a false prophet, this seems to be an indicator that he may actually be the False Prophet (Rev 13:11 ff).

Exo-Vaticana: Unpacking the Copernican Principle

The creed prompting much Astrobiological research is called the Copernican principle. Named after Nicolaus Copernicus, this tenet states that the Earth is not in a central, preferred position in the cosmos. Although there are arguments that support the idea that our location is special, most astronomers infer much more than our placement within the universe. Naturalists, who exclude God entirely, extrapolate the “principle of mediocrity,” the idea that the Earth is a mediocre planet among many and, by combining the assumptions of Darwinism and origins of life research, humanity is merely an evolved primate of no special significance, so that things once thought sacred are really only trifling coincidences of deterministic, natural law.

Exo-Vaticana on View From the Bunker

vftbgraphic200 I had a nice talk with Derek Gilbert last weekend that covered some ground not covered in most of my other interviews concerning Exo-Vaticana.
